What we heard

You have the plan. The job now is speed at scale.

Your team has done the analysis. The technology is ready; humans and process move more slowly, and a system moves at the pace of its slowest part. At this scale, the plan needs more hands to land fast, and it has to lift productivity across the whole team.

How this tracks to 10x

More selling time, and a consistent middle of the team

Your 2025 analysis put the chance of reaching 10x at about 56 percent, with a wide range of outcomes. This work raises those odds and tightens the range with two levers: it buys every seller more selling time, and it makes the middle of the team perform consistently.

A seller's yearHours
Working hours2,000
Organizational work: internal meetings, training, planningabout 400
Seller Capacity, the hours left for commercial work1,600
In customer meetings today, 20 to 25 percent of Seller Capacity320 to 400
Given back by AI, as preparation and follow-up fall from 1.5 hours to 0.5 per meetingabout 540

540 hours is about a third of Seller Capacity, returned to every seller each year and spent with customers. These are working benchmarks; the light assessment replaces them with your numbers.

The numbers we inspect every week

Time in customer meetingsHours per seller per week, from the calendar and Salesforce
Stage-exit hygieneShare of deals that move stage with every exit criterion met
Quality pipeline createdNew opportunities on the right accounts, per seller per week
Win rateFollows the three above, read at 30, 60 and 90 days

At day 90 we rerun your 10x model on the new numbers, so you see how far the odds moved and how much the range narrowed.

The 3x Seller

AI is not bound by the 2,000 hours.

A seller works about 2,000 hours a year. AI works around the clock and across many opportunities at once. It takes on the work around the conversation: research, preparation, administration and monitoring. That frees the seller for the work only humans can do, the conversations that move a deal.

Overnight

Account research and a ranked list of the right accounts for tomorrow, built while the seller sleeps.

Before the call

The brief, the people in the room, and the one question to ask next. Stuck at the critical event on this deal? Here is the question, drawn from the last call.

After the call

The follow-up drafted, Salesforce updated, and any deal missing an exit criterion flagged before the forecast call.

Everything runs on Grok. We supply the content, the prompts and the standard for what good looks like; your engineers own the agents. The goal is to use AI to make the sales experience more human.

The plan

Two sprints to Christmas

The path to the 3x Seller runs in stages. Sprint A builds 1x: fluency with AI and the fundamentals that matter most. Sprint B moves the pilot to 2x, handing the work around the conversation to AI. The three weekly numbers lead and win rate follows, each read against the baseline at every checkpoint.

Oct 5 to Oct 23

Light assessment

  • Half a day on site, on five live calls
  • How sellers spend the week, read from Salesforce and tool activity
  • Weekly numbers baselined and pilot group agreed
Out: your baseline, on one page
Oct 26 to Nov 20

Sprint A

  • Right accounts, weekly activity, stage exit criteria
  • Sellers build their AI routines on Grok
  • Leaders run a weekly review against the process
Starts the week after the October 21 cutover
Nov 23 to Nov 27

Thanksgiving week

  • No new changes
  • Day 30 readout against the baseline
  • Course corrections for Sprint B
Out: what to keep, cut and add
Nov 30 to Dec 18

Sprint B, Phase 1A

  • The test launch, on what Sprint A proved
  • AI routines that run without being asked
  • Your content served in Grok at the moment of need
Day 60 readout before the holiday break
Late January

Day 90 readout

  • Weekly numbers and win rate against baseline
  • Your 10x model rerun on the new numbers
  • Rollout plan for the whole team and new hires

What stays with you
